::yesterday was a bad day... didnt manage to really log on to internet... think something must be wrong with the line... called the singnet operator named 'Sam' and verify with him and he say maybe its becos of the splitter that i'm using and told me to instead use the single line to connect to internet... kao if i were to use the single line then if i got important call and cant get through me then how??? and wats the broadband for if i cant use the net and phone at the same time... and i wonder if he got some ear problem cos i repeat my username more then 5 times and he still cant get it rite... and the thing that piss me off is that he told me not to based on the few disconnetion that the broadband is faulty... kao if it hasnt been happening for quite sometime... will i bother to make the call and tell them abt the problem... and the worse to do a survey for them at the end of the call... me after finish the conversation jus put down the phone... after which i went to work and told my sis to monitor on the problem... and the problem keep going on... come back home liao can anew splitter and the problem still occur... cant tahan liao make the call again and this time the operator is more friendly and he notice that i make a lot of connection and disconnection and he suggest it might be the line problem and he say the line personnel will get back to me soon within this two day.... today the line operator call and make a arrangement with me tml and hopefully the problem can be solve... and better still no money involve... haha service must be good and free... that's the problem with singaporean... you pi you chee(cheap and fresh) ... well i happen to be a singaporean so i will keep the spirit of the singaporean up...::
